The Fudge Factory, Inc. is an Artist Sponsor this year, co=sponsoring The Freight Hoppers' performance. This is a family-owned, second generation confectionery established in 1982, with Tony Owens taking ownership of his family's company in December of 2008. The Fudge Factory currently has one retail store on the Historic Public Square in Dahlonega, where the store's confectioners make a large variety of fudge, along with other handmade Southern confections and hand-dipped chocolates.
The Smith House is an Artist Sponsor and is sponsoring the Sons of Bluegrass for the second consecutive year. A Dahlonega icon, The Smith House dates back to 1895, when an acre of land east of the town square was purchased for the home of Captain Frank W. Hall. Over the years, this property has become one of the region's best known restaurants and inns.
